The Avondale Fire Company was dispatched at 0358 hours to relocate to the Odessa Fire Company while they operated at a multi-alarm building fire. Engine 23-1 made the response and was quickly requested to the scene of the Willey Farms fire as part of the 5th alarm assignment. Engine 23-1 responded and arrived on scene 45 minutes later. Once on the scene, the crew operated on the C Side of the building and assisted with over-haul. The crew cleared the scene around 8:30 and got back to Avondale’s first due at 9:30 hours.
