On Thursday, November 17th, 2016 The Bancroft Elementary School asked for a firefighter guest reader for their annual guest reader event. Fire Police, Brandon Michaels read them Sylvester and the Magic Pebble written by William Steig. Fire police Michaels was there for a couple hours also talking to them about fire safety and to stay low to the ground incase of a fire. FP Michaels also went over how to dial 9-1-1 and made sure all kids knew their address.
